Planning Services Terms & Conditions
By booking planning services ("Packages, Services") with MileTheWorld through our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. "TRIP ESSENTIALS" and "Adventure PLUS+" won't include any booking by MileTheWorld. It only includes the planning. The payment you pay when you buy the package is the only Payment you do, unless MileTheWorld says differently. If you choose the "ULTIMATE EXPLORE" Package you will get an invoice after MileTheWorld planned your trip. It will include the costs and benefits both parties agreed on.
Booking and Payment
Services can be booked online through the MileTheWorld website. Service payment is required at the time of booking.
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase once the booking is complete.
Prices for Services are per trip unless otherwise specified.
Prices can change by duration of the trip. It will be specified in your confirmation.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made less than 24 hours after booking will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours but less than 72 hours after booking will be refunded in full minus a cancellation fee of [50%].
Cancellations made more than 72 hours after booking are non-refundable.
MileTheWorld reserves the right to cancel any Services for any reason at any time. In the event that MileTheWorld cancels a Service, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative service of equivalent value.
Alterations to Bookings
If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us immeadiately. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
MileTheWorld reserves the right to make alterations to the Services without prior notice, including alterations to itineraries and accommodation.
Liability and Insurance
MileTheWorld is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense suffered by you unless such loss is a direct result of our negligence.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients and should be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel insurance must cover accidents, injury, illness, and death medical expenses, including any related to pre-existing medical conditions, emergency repatriation, and personal liability.
Conduct
You agree to abide by the decisions made by MileTheWorld’s staff and agents concerning the Services.
MileTheWorld reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who interferes with the enjoyment of the Services by others, or who poses a threat to the safety of others, especially if this behavior is deemed to be disruptive, dangerous, or harmful.
Changes to Terms & Conditions MileTheWorld reserves the right to update and change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will not affect any bookings already confirmed unless the change is required to comply with law.
